"Beautiful view!, we stayed 12 nights, I have to say that the beach is really fun to swim, especially during Spring and summer, during Winter and Fall is not safe.The bed was small, more like a full bed( my husband slept on the couch in the living room ( he could listen to the waves) also the mattress is too soft, the guest upstairs were noisy, I recommend to bring noise cancellations ear buds, cause also the roosters are noisy and that is all over Kauai.The condo had everything and good quality, except the beach chairs, one of them the straps were broken so we couldn’t carry them on our back( we hardly use them)The host responds almost immediately, very sweet and kind."

"Property is a bit under maintained. Hard to operate sliding screen. Some stairways closed. Restaurant hasn't been open this year, 2026. Confused about whethe we got the correct type of room. Room was clean and everything worked. Staff friendly and efficient. "

"Fabulous Ocean view, excellent location with walking/bike path to restaurants and stores. The rug throughout the condo had an old leather boot smell. Had to keep the fan on to air it out. The bathroom was not clean around the toilet. The stairway from bottom floor exits right in front of bedroom window.Besides that, kitchen was nice as well as balcony."

"This place was perfect for our family. There is a huge pool and hot tubs and it's right on the ocean. It's right across the street from Safeway and also next to an ice cream shop! Super convenient location and it's so nice to have a full kitchen in the room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were super clean. We will definitely stay here again."

"Nicely set up up unit. Came with beach equipment and chairs, hair dryers, ironing board and everything we needed for the week. Actually More than we expected. Very close to grocery store and easy access to beach. Plus an onsite restaurant and bar. Would definitely come back. "
