The house has 6 rooms—double, triple, and quadruple—sleeping a total of 17 people, plus two small beds for children. Nearby, you can visit a reservoir, natural springs, and a farm-park with zip lines. The house features an interior courtyard and a barbecue area, as well as a foosball table and a spacious living/dining room connected to the kitchen. You can go hiking, take guided tours, and swim in the Duratón River, which has designated swimming areas. In winter, the landscape is beautiful, and you can visit the vulture roosts and take walks through the village, which is a major tourist attraction.
