Big disappointment
"We accidentally booked room without private bathroom, phoned up to change that and the lady on the other end of the phone was so rude we almost cancelled, should have as it happened. We pointed out the price via ebookers was much cheaper than the one she was suggesting but in the end were too lazy ..."

"The location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and right by the river that has a beautiful walking path along it. Also easy walking distance to Bodegas Francos Españolas Winery. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. ..."
