"Lovely room and bed which was very comfortable and clean. The 23€ for parking is a little expensive with most hotels wherever you go charging 10-15 per night/day for parking. We were quoted 15€ per person to use the spa so went for a look. We had stayed here previously and were not charged to use the pool etc and at that time (possibly 5 or 6 years ago) we thought it was a little rundown and slightly dirty. This time it is pretty much completely run down and dirty. The same wooden floors are not even a 3 star standard never mind 5 star. The rim of the pool needs scrubbing and bleaching. Overall a little disappointing stay considering it’s supposed to be a five star hotel."
