It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people on 146 sqm with four bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub, shower and WC, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, 1 spacious living room with modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a sun terrace and on the top floor a wellness area (sauna) with approx. 30 sqm roof terrace. From here you have a fantastic view of the Zillertal and the mountain landscape.

The accommodation is very close to the Fügen-Spieljoch ski area (450 m from the Spieljochbahn ski lift) and is 2.5 km from the 18-hole golf course in the Zillertal and 1.3 km from the Erlebnistherme Zillertal, which is open all year round.

A geothermal system provides cosy warmth in winter and pleasant cooling on hot summer days.
