"The hotel service was excellent, and everything was very clean. The location was perfect—very convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the metro. There were just two small things that could be improved. First, the design of the bathroom sink was not very practical. The faucet was positioned too close to the edge of the sink, which made it a little inconvenient to use. Second, I really liked the eco-friendly bag that was hung outside the door every morning. It was a thoughtful idea. It would be even more convenient if the hotel could also provide a separate bag for used towels. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again."

"A Great Stay at Two Tails! I had a really nice stay at Two Tails, and the overall experience was great. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One of the biggest pluses for me was the gym, since I work out daily and appreciate being able to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. The location is especially convenient, situated right above the MRT station, making it easy to get around Taipei. There are also plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance, so finding good food is never a problem. Overall, Two Tails offers a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

There is a supermarket just 2 blocks away which is convenient but only takes credit cards issued from Taiwan. There are quite a few restaurants across the street, however, most of them are Japanese so great for Japanese cuisine lovers. The only male staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Cons- Needs serious improvement on the cleanliness in the room, especially in the bathroom and under the sofa. One of the girls at the front desk seems to have an attitude issue and talks as if you owe her money."
