"We decided on a last minute girls trip. Huttopia was a reasonably priced option. We stayed in a canadian tent. It had a full size bottom bunk with twin top bunk and then a queen size bed as well. Wood stove for heat and a small fridge. With a table and chairs to eat at. Outside was a picnic table two camping chair's a full grill and fire pit. We called about an issue with the grill. "This house was beautiful. Had a group of friends up for an atv weekend. We went to local tracks mx207, Hemonds atv Mx for trails and riding. The house was great for relaxing and had plenty of room for parking for trailers and trucks. Plan on renting again 100% you won’t be disappointed."

"Great property for large groups. Commerical kitchen, bar and arcade room are nice added bonuses. The rooms are spacious. 9min drive max to Sunday River was perfect for the early am rush to the mountains. Our group is already talking about heading back next year!"

"I loved the mountain views and amenities. The rooms are very outdated. Bathroom needs the most updating; the glass shower door fell on my while trying to get off the shower, luckily it did not break. I would stay with them again for the views/amenities but would love to see renovations done on the rooms and balcony."
