Clean+Modern Cozy A-frame

Escape to nature and enjoy all that Mount Washington Valley offers. This freshly furnished home is clean and modern- creating a relaxed environment that easily blends into the natural beauty of this tranquil lakeside community.

Gather in the open concept living area, where you can listen to music on our Sonos speaker while you are cooking or just winding down. Relax on the couch and put your feet up as you stream your favorite shows thru your personal accounts on our 50" Roku HDTV. Also on the first level is the bathroom with newly tiled shower and washer/dryer.
Enjoy a peaceful cup of morning coffee or afternoon tea in the sun-filled screened-in porch (not heated in the winter).

Upstairs you have both bedrooms. One with a king bed, desk and chair. The second room has a queen bed, and a twin XL over queen bunk bed, as well as an alcove with a desk and chair for your work area. Note that there is no toilet on the second floor. Please hold on to the railings as you climb stairs. We ask that you do not let small children climb stairs and bunk bed without supervision.

*Guest access
Guests will be provided with a keypad code for entry into the cabin for the length of stay.
The association beach is a quick walk from the house, which guests may access as well.

*Other things to note
Bedrooms are on the second floor, bathroom is on the first floor. Must be able to climb stairs.
This is a rural area- cell phone reception may be poor. Please plan your navigation accordingly. Power outages frequently occur during high winds or bad weather. We do not have a generator. Please check the weather forecast leading to your trip, and contact us with any concerns. In the event of a power outage during your stay, we will not issue a refund.
This being a wooded area with streams, bugs (particularly black flies) are abundant May thru September. Please be informed and we recommend the use of insect repellant spray. The property is seasonally treated for this. Insects found inside the home during cleaning sessions are removed, but some may still find their way into the home in-between cleanings. Please keep the doors closed to help keep them out.
