The views from the large patio are absolutely wonderful, sitting and enjoying a drink or a meal there was a favorite. Chris made sure we had anything we needed before and during our trip So attentive and kind. Highly recommended! C "

"Having nice beach chairs and snorkel equipment was very handy. The view is beautiful, the room is just right for two, and the place was close to all the things without feeling touristy. Definitely rent a car - it gave us great freedom to explore all the beaches."

"We loved our location and rental. The view was great. We loved the outdoor balcony, which was on a corner and very private. We had the power go off one night at 2-6am., but otherwise no issues at all! Located close to Red Hook, Sapphire Beach. The view was very pretty. The onsite restaurant was very good but I. I’d definitely stay there again."

"Caribbean Breeze at Pineapple Village was the perfect accommodation for our stay! There were 4 adults and 3 kids age 17 and under. There was more than enough space in the villa for us to stay comfortably. The villa has everything you can possibly need for your stay, including a kitchen with all of the tools you need for cooking. It has a large private patio with table and chairs. Beach chairs and other necessities for a day at the beach are onsite at the villa for use. It was extremely clean and has a wonderful, relaxing, and beachy vibe. The location was perfect for getting to the nearby beaches of Coki beach, Magen's Bay, Smith Bay and Sapphire Bay. It is conveniently located on the Margaritaville resort property. The pool is just steps from the villa. The owner Antonella was so friendly and would quickly respond to our inquiries. I highly recommend booking Caribbean Breeze for your visit to St. Thomas!"

"My husband and I visited for our 15-year anniversary and this home/host did not disappoint. There was such attention to detail that made it truly feel like a home away from home and not just a vacation rental. First off THAT VIEW!!! Just WOW! We had our morning coffee and evening drinks on the veranda every day. The glass slider wall allowed us to enjoy the view with AC and/or to watch the quick storm bursts that rolled through. Bedding/linens were comfortable. And the view from BED! It was nice to have beach towels provided, ice packs and a cooler. The beach chairs are weathered so we didn't use them. But did use the two beach lounge mats with back supports. They were light weight and and perfect for our needs. There was one snorkel/mask set that we used. The host communication went above and beyond. We appreciated the local restaurant, shopping and beach recommendations. A quick stop for essentials on our way from the airport worked out great. When we lost power a few times (common on island) the host kept us informed and shared a resource that posted real-time updates. We enjoyed Sun & Sea Grill (on site) and loved the location, staff and FOOD! Walked to Margaritaville resort to eat and take the SnorkelCat trips twice - it was THAT GOOD! Details like welcome drinks/snacks, coffee, filters, sugar and spices were so appreciated. We HIGHLY recommend this gem and hope to be back to this or another of their properties in the near future.
