Everything you could need.
We enjoyed sauna every morning and evening. Only had chance to enjoy gas firepit one night. Loved walking around neighborhood and downtown every morning.

Great Fruita Getaway
We loved the proximity to the freeway, amenities and downtown area. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the extra linen was a plus. The oversized kitchen and backyard seating, grill, fire pit and hot tub definitely sold us on the property.

Comfy, clean, and convenient
Comfortable home base for a week of biking. Right downtown—we enjoyed watching the trick or treaters and being a short walk to restaurants and businesses. The home has been nicely renovated inside. We were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy king bed, and the relaxing courtyard with hot tub and fire pit. We also appreciated the care taken with cleaning. Responsive management and gracious welcome items. They even provided Halloween candy to give out. I’d recommend the home for two adults or a family with small children. Our one wish would have been a coffee table and perhaps a chair or two in the living room to cozy it up.

Amazing stay!
We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and it was great location do to walking distance to many things and right across the street where a blue grass band played and we could listen to while enjoying our dinner soaking in the hot tub.

Perfect Stay! Will be our first trip for every trip back!
We could not have been happier! The house was great, the hosts were amazing, and the location so close to downtown was perfect! We visit Grand Junction often to see family and this will from now on be our first choice rental. We could not have asked for more!

Great downtown access
Very clean and organized, well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Just a short walk to downtown amenities, restaurants, bike shop, breweries. Having a welcoming place for our dogs is great - treats and special blankets for humans and dogs is very nice. The garage access for our bikes is a plus.
