"The AC and safe in the room were not working properly. A professional associate arrived with in 10 minutes and corrected the problems. And, (now this is funny) I had a terrible problem with a dress zipper .... going to my nephew’s wedding and my husband could not figure it out. I called the front desk to ask if a lady was available to help since my husband could not figure out this problem. She arrived in 2 minutes or less....and was able to zip the dress....I was very appreciative of her quick response."

"The staff was excellent as usual, and the property was clean. We appreciate that they mix up the breakfast options as we stay at Crystal Inns quite often. "

"The climate control does not allow the fan to be set to run continuously which is ridiculous since the walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear all conversations, all people walking, and all "activities". The water pressure for the shower was dismal. The beds are pretty comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The is no hot tub, which is mentioned in the booking information but it was still a let down. "

"Bed was above average as hotel beds go. They popped a $20 a night parking fee on me at the desk, which was pretty lame. The desk people were pretty average, even slightly annoying and unhelpful. The "Fitness Center" was about 90 percent cardio with very little else. They could have easily taken out half the cardio equipment and replaced it with anaerobic machines. On Expedia it said it would be $139/night but it ended up being $200/night. Next time I stay in SLC I'll probably be staying elsewhere. Marriott downtown probably."
