"I loved the room with windows looking out on the beautiful city. The windows open to allow in the fresh mountain air. Service was perfect! The whirlpool and steam room were so nice after hiking during the day."

"I truly don’t know how other reviewers had bad things to say about this hotel. We had a triple room with a lake view and although it wasn’t the best view it was still beautiful and true to the photoessay. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous. The dinner was 40euro/person but was a four course meal and worth it. It was a wonderful location and wonderful staff. Would definitely return. "
