"We enjoyed Glacier View and the Kilcher homestead immensely! The property is just magical from the walk down to the beach to picnic or the evening campfires with amazing views. Catkins cabin has everything needed and she is a gracious and entertaining host. This was our family's favorite part of our Alaska trip and are already planning a return stay. Don't hesitate to see Alaska's splendor and the amazing Kilcher Homestead!"

"We had such a great stay at Homer seaplane base! The property was very charming. We loved the setup of the cabins and the deck leading down to the water. The cabin is setup with everything you need and we loved the layout of the cabin. We do wish that our cabin had room darkening shades/blinds. The blinds in the cabin did not block out light which made sleeping pretty difficult. It did look like some of the other cabins on the property had better blinds. "We've rented quite a few places and this was the best! The view, the location, the deck, the privacy, and the cleanliness! It is also the little things that made it so great. We have never stayed at a place with so many condiments or with a grill that was spotless and ready to use. We hope to come back and highly recommend it to all."
