"Due to the high calibre of equipment at the lodge i was surprised to find no towels (didnt expect any for hot tub use), but i managed to get Nicks number and he kindly got his housekeeper to rectify. I dont recall seeing in small print that towels were not provided? But he acted quickly to help. Am not impressed with Vrbo, very unsatisfactory service from them."

"We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and so easy to get to the beach. Visited other beaches and bird sanctuary. The weather was hot and sunny every day, so the children enjoyed being in the sea, paddle boarding and playing on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Even saw the sunrise one morning. S we hi h was amazing."

"On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. We arrived a bit early, trying to avoid the rain on bicycles - but staff were understanding and prioritised getting our room ready. Felt uncomfortable arriving by bike, as no options for storing the bikes were provided, and perhaps this might be considered as the location is on the Rebellion Way, which many touring cyclists are doing."
