Since it snowed while we were there, we appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. The unit is very clean, the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and everything really was just perfect! Would absolutely stay here again when we go to Frisco."

The home had everything we needed. Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen. Check in and check out was easy. We would stay here again."

"The property was great for our ski vacation. It is close to all of the major ski resorts. The check in process was smooth and the management company was very helpful. We had an issue with the flights and we had to change our dates and they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend this property!"

Madison on the River was a great home away from home- clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. You can walk just a few blocks to Main Street in Frisco where you’ll find great restaurants and a nice trail for walking or biking. The area was quiet; beds were comfortable. "We were three couples. The house was spacious and very comfortable for lounging, cooking, dining and relaxing after skiing. It’s great for walk to dining and shopping in Frisco. Easy drive to skiing at Copper mtn, Vail, Beaver Creek or Breckenridge. The heated 2 car garage was a great feature. We did not use the hot tub but it would have been very easy and convenient. If we were in the area again we would definitely book it again."

"This place is a great retreat with a beautiful deck. You can see andhear the ten mile creek flowing and views of beautiful Mt Royal . Its just a short walk to town and has a charming feel the minute you enter into the condo."

Location is excellent and closer to Main street than I expected. The property is managed by a local property manager and WILDLY OVERCOMMUNICATED with tons of emails to point of making it confusing. When it came time to check-in, I had to reference one email for the address, another separate email for the door code, and a non-VRBO app...
