And have faith that they will a dress the issues.I thing that i do feel will be helpful for renters is the entrance to the unit. That i totally missed in my research.Beings that my husband has ms i looked for a ground floor unit indeed it was a walk out on the back side however there is a full flight of stairs to the entry of this unit. Thank goodness he was have a good day and could make it up...

"Great property. Right off Main St. Easy walk to The Butterhorn and 5th Ave Grille (two of our favorite restaurants). Very comfortable accommodations. One of the best King Size beds we've had a short-term rental stay. Wonderful view of mountains, especially fantastic sunrises. Close to nice hikes in the area. "

"The location is perfect! Only a couple blocks off Main Street where you’ll find great restaurants and retail stores. Walking distance to multiple trailheads. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our family had a great vacation! "

"We chose this property for its proximity to the Summit County rec paths, and it was great for that. We also appreciated the king bed, deep tub, comfortable furniture, good TV, well-stocked kitchen, and good dining area. With the exception of a bit of noise from the nearby traffic circle, it was quiet and the trees around it were lovely and soothing. We enjoyed our stay and the ease of accessing numerous bike paths in the area. Great value!"
