Welcome to 307 Ocean Point! Literal steps from the golf course and a few more to the ocean, you can also access a community pool and one of our popular restaurants with a short walk or golf cart ride. Four bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.

Outfitted in blues and yellows, This home is sure to impress. On the main level, the well-stocked kitchen is ready for large family meals. The open concept allows for conversation with the cook from the dining area or the living room. The comfy living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean sits just beyond the kitchen. From the large back deck, you have a chance to see alligators, deer, and maybe a dolphin or two, as well as golfers looking to make that perfect putt. The million-dollar view cannot be beat. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to the back deck. The other is a twin on the front side of the home, with a bathroom steps away in the hall. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a sitting area provide ample space for the family. The sitting area is decked out in a fun tennis theme. The front bedroom has two twin beds, and the back bedroom has a queen bed, both connected by a jack-and-jill bath.

These cards are required to access all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also home to many whitetail deer and other unique wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
