"Desy was an awesome host. She had everything ready for us. She gave us helpful hints where to eat, where to park our vehicle, and places not to miss. The apartment was spotless, nice rooms and beds. "This is a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment located very close to one of the gates into the Old Town of Lecce. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. There is also a Conrad supermarket less than a kilometre from the apartment. The only minor irritant is the presence across the road from the apartment of a mobile fast food van which can be quite noisy in the late evening and early evening. "The accommodations were spacious and very comfortable for our family. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed our time there very much. We had several parking options nearby (paid or unpaid for a slight walk) and we also had access to a grocery store if we wanted to cook at home. The historic property is unique and the interior was beautifully appointed. "

"Considering how reasonably priced this lovely apartment is, it's a very good choice. The location a few steps from Porta Napoli is ideal, with lots of restaurants, cafes, churches, etc. The only drawback to the apartment is lack of light and air. But otherwise very good."

"We spent 4 nights at this property in the Centro Storica of Lecce to begin a month long visit to Italy. We can highly recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable and convenient apartment and enjoys an authentic Italian experience. "Logement très agréable, confortable, récent, et bien équipé (mobilier, accessoires de cuisine + produits de base). Il est au calme dans une zone résidentielle. La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. Nous avons juste eu un peu de mal à faire descendre la température de l’espace nuit. La clim étant dans l’escalier elle refroidit bien le RDC mais la chaleur reste à l’étage. Pas de parking, mais possibilité de trouver des places à proximité sans trop de difficulté. "

"We had such a great Holiday in Martignano. The house is very big with 10 rooms or so. The owner was waiting us while we arrived in the night and well informed us where to get good bicycles to travel to the beaches and places around. It was pleasure, thanks. Can only recommend."

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
