"The room was nice but the first day I had no shampoo no soap they brought it the second day after I requested it but no clean glasses and no more coffee packets. It’s a nice motel, but I was kind of disappointed in Dorrs lack of room care."

Charming new tiny house-Friendship IN

"Great little place for our stay to attend a wedding nearby. Only negative was we arrived after dark and it was difficult to find with unclear address/signage since the little house is tucked to the side of the property. However owners were super responsive by phone and guided us to the proper location. One recommendation would be to have a bench or luggage rack to set luggage on so it didn't have to sit on the floor to be accessed. Truly appreciated the owners response getting in and also the return back to property after check out when my husband realized he forgot his watch. Thank you we had a wonderful time."

Wonderful "Ranch House" near the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

"We came for a long weekend/girls trip. We visited Colorfall at Perfect Slopes in Lawrenceburg one night and went to Newport Aquarium the next day. Very cute little property that was the perfect size for three people. It was well stocked with dishes, basic spices and cooking spray and even some coffee. Very cute little town and walking distance to the river where we went to sit for a bit after our visit to the aquarium."

"We had a wonderful stay at the property, very relaxing and peaceful. We had some beautiful evenings out by the pond fishing and setting around the fire pit listening to the silence. Could not ask for a better host, thank you mark. The house was very comfortable and pleasant all this and we were only a short but beautiful drive into town."
