"Very fast easy check in and check out. Clean property friendly staff good view. Room exactly as pictured. Really enjoyed my stay. Price not bad. I recommend."

"Good"

"We enjoyed the location, the king size bed, the cleanliness of our room and the entire property and the breakfast was excellent every morning. We were on the 7th floor and it took too long for the hot water to reach our room and the mini fridge was unusually noisy all night/every night of our stay."

"When we walked in to the reception there was a man painting the door who did not say hello or acknowledge us trying to step into the building. When we went to the desk there were two staff and neither said hello, finally I said we would like to check in and the process took 20 minutes during which neither of them ever made eye contact smiled, said enjoy your stay or inn other way made us feel welcome. The place is very inexpensive if you need a bed to sleep in while passing through Alexandria...

"Great location on the wharf. Easy access to all the restaurants in the area and a short walk to a shuttle that gets you to the metro. Breakfast was always crowded but that's likely because it was great with a wide selection of foods."

"Hotel was nice and clean. They need to upgrade beds."

"We had to move our room 3 times because the air conditioners did not work. Couldn’t take a shower because we never got hot water even though we let it run for 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Good parking"

"Very convenient to the national mall - we spent a week visiting museums and monuments. The front desk and concierge were amazing. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, the shower beautifully hot. The breakfast buffet was wonderful but really, really expensive. I guess everything in downtown DC is expensive, depending on when you come."

"5 stars; highly recommend Absolutely ideal for my husband and me! We agreed stay there again when in the Ft. Belvoir area, and we'll use when traveling elsewhere. Staff was noticeably more kind, polite, & helpful than other places. Breakfast was by far better with a broader than anywhere else!"

"Clean room in downtown for a good price."

"The hotel has cockroaches in the room and ants in the lobby, and breakfast area. This hotel is not up to the brand standards in my opinion."

"Please improve your continental breakfast it’s very bland & boring."
