"The property has a charming exterior and is well located in the centre of town and close to the church and bakery.We had an enjoyable stay. The property is comfortable. There are unimportant imperfections like a broken tile and marked carpets. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed with everything guests may need including a play area for children to draw and paint. There is a lot of clutter (books, music, art) which adds to the charm but may make it difficult to return everything to it's original configuration on departure especially if staying with children. The host will expect this.Separate payment for utilities based on usage (water, gas, electricity) is expected at the end of the stay. You will want to make sure you understand how this is calculated with the host before booking."
