The Ferienhaus Meeresbrise is completely renovated in June 2017 inside and outside. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac behind the dike. The property is surrounded by greenery, it has two parking spaces on the property, a terrace with a glass roof, garden furniture, a garden shed and a barbecue.   The living space is about 70 square meters and is for max. 4 people designed.   On the ground floor: new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee machine and water cooker. New bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. There is a separate small laundry room and a Wäscheständer.Über the hallway leads directly into the living area with satellite TV, flat screen TV, DVD player, INTERNET / DAB + RADIO and mini-system with USB. A steep staircase leads to the two bedrooms upstairs.   Upstairs: One bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe, as well as a bedroom with two separate beds. Both bedrooms have shutters and mosquito screens.   The flooring on the ground floor is made of tiles, the upper floor is made of laminate.   Specials: free wifi. Free of charge 1 bicycle is available

Nettes kleines Haus nah am Wasser

Das Haus Meeresbriese ist ein nettes Nurdachhaus und gut geeignet für kleinen Familien oder kleine Gruppe bis vier Personen. Es hat alles was man braucht und ist modern eingerichtet. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum draußen verweilen ein und die Klimaanlage macht heiße Tage erträglich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Nähe zum Wasser und zum Kernort ist von Vorteil und alles ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Entspannte Tage am Wattenmeer

... das Wattenmeer muss man sich "erarbeiten", d.h. jeden Tag gibt es etwas zu entdecken. Das gilt die Natur der Nordsee. Interessant auch die Anstregungen um die Koexistenz von wirtschaftlicher Nutzung und den Möglichkeiten abzuschalten und sich zu erholen.

tolles Haus in herrlicher Gegend, super Ausstattung

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in dem sehr gemütlichen, sauberen und super ausgestattenen Haus. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett, persönlich und professionell. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und perfekt, um sich zu entspannen und die Ruhe und vor allem einen unglaublichen Sternenhimmel zu genießen.

Urlaub garantiert!

Sehr nettes Haus - modern, geschmackvoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet mit allem, was man für den (Kurz-) Urlaub braucht. Unkomplizierte Übergaben und sehr umsichtige Vermieter (Gästekarte, Kontaktaufnahme etc.). Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Das rundum sorglos Paket in Friedrichskoog

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Friedrichkoog. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen hohen Standard, was die Ausstattung angeht. Egal was wir an dem Wochenende brauchten, haben wir vorgefunden (Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen, Waschmaschine, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine, usw.). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Dies war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem Haus!
