---
The house is very cozy and furnished in a rustic, traditional style. Some of the furnishings—such as the solid oak cabinets—date back to when the house was built in the 1980s.
The decor and furniture aren’t modern or entirely white, but that actually means you’ll quickly feel right at home. As mentioned, the house is from the ’80s, and you could say it’s “showing its age”—please only book this house if that isn’t a problem for you.
The living room has two sofas with pillows and blankets. The larger couch can be used as a sleeping area. Among other things, there’s a large TV there. The cabinet contains a good selection of DVDs, and the TV is connected to a Fire TV Stick—with your own login, you can watch Netflix as well as ARD, ZDF, and other channels.
The dining table seats 6 people.
The kitchen has everything you need—there’s a stovetop, oven, large refrigerator, and, of course, cutlery, glasses, pans, pots, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
There is a washing machine.
In the hallway under the stairs, there is an additional small freezer.
The three bedrooms are located upstairs—one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and the third with two single beds. Two of the rooms have access to the large balcony. The single beds have drawers containing extra pillows and comforters. In addition, each room has space to store clothing.
NOTE: LINEN
If you do not wish to bring your own linens, you can book a separate linen package for bed linens and towels for 18€ per person. Please discuss this in your communication prior to arrival. The cost for this will be billed separately and is not included in the price quoted through the online booking system.
The bathroom, featuring a shower and two sinks, is located on the upper floor.
There are two restrooms—one on the upper floor next to the bathroom and one on the first floor in the entryway.
On the first floor, there is also an utility room accessible to guests, equipped with a washing machine, laundry detergent, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies, should they be needed.
The heart of the house is the large terrace and the spacious garden.
It’s a great place to relax, have breakfast in the sun, and read a book in the evening. There are several seating areas and a large table.
All in all, the house is a cozy place for a peaceful vacation on the North Sea and charms with its rustic charm and warmth.
