The 8th floor pre-dinner area was less crowded than downstairs and the food and servers were great. The breakfast food and service downstairs was exceptional as well. "Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable with a lovely hot shower. Breakfast had a good choice on offer which changed a little each day. The hotel is situated right next to the tram and bus stop so it’s really easy to travel around. If you get a Welcome Berlin Pass online, it’s super easy. Berlin is a fantastic city to visit."
