"My wife and I spent 11 days at this property, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The apartment is located right on the beach, and the view of the turquoise water is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is very well-appointed with all you need for a fantastic stay, including air conditioning (a must at night), a washing machine, a nice kitchen, and everything you need to make ti-punch. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is nice and functional. The apartment's location is also fantastic, within a short walking distance from the many restaurants of Grand Case, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Marigot is located within a 10-minute drive, Anse Marcel within 15 minutes, Orient Bay within 15 minutes, etc. Beach chairs are available on-site, as well as beach towels, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment (all free of charge). The hosts Dominique and Martine, as well as the managers, are the sweetest people and cater to your every need without being intrusive. A bottle of Champagne was waiting for us in the fridge as I had told Dominique that this was our 30th wedding anniversary. Access to other parts of the island is available by bus or by car. The managers even delivered a car rental to our apartment, which was extremely convenient. The bottom line is that we could not more highly recommend this wonderful property. "

"The stay was absolutely phenomenal!!!! This is a prime location with a breathtaking view of the most crystal clear calm water you’ll ever see. We stayed on the first floor, which gave us a huge balcony with a modern glass railing the didn’t obstruct our view of the beach. Also big enough for my party of 5 to lounge together plus more space. The inside of the two bedroom two bath condo was furnished nicely. Our reservation included a big breakfast provided by Captain Frenchies restaurant, located right next to our condo. Which allow us to enjoy breakfast while overlooking the beach. Our host, Luna, was so kind and generous. Even when our bathroom sink clogged, she immediately took care of it. They provide both beach towels and bath towels. Also, they provide parking for a small compact car inside their garage below the building, or outside of the building. The area is located near so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this place!!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The property is beach front and has amazing views. The hotel staff are friendly as well. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning out the room every day. The food at the restaurant was tasty and fresh. The beach was gorgeous and clean. My husband and I are already planning to return. This was our first time visiting St. Martin and it did not disappoint. The hotel is located on a strip that has plenty of dining and shopping options. We rented a car and the hotel has off-site parking but is very close. The island is extremely safe. "
