"The property was nicely maintained. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub sun deck area could be maintained better. The hotel staff had a number of employees that appeared annoyed and bothered to help assist us with food, beverage and directions. Instead of feeling valued as a guest, a number of staff members gave off the impression of being inconvenienced with assisting our needs. The surrounding area within 20 miles offers beautiful mountain terrain with lakes and rivers nearby for day trips away from casino grounds."

"The staff that was there for my trip where amazing. The check in man wasn’t as friendly but still professional. The two young men and the lady top tier staff!! Only downfall was the ice machine wasn’t working but that is because a guest turned it off. Will be staying there anytime I go home!!"
