"The staff gets a low grade because there's NO staff present. As a customer, you are SCREWED if you happen to leave behind in your room, that flimsy piece of paper that has your key code, I would choose a hotel that at least has someone present ."

"The weather was very hot and my room on the 3rd floor was boiling. I know AC is not popular, but under such conditions a fan in the room would have made a world of difference. The restaurant food, while limited in choices, was excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful."
