The oven was not working and they only give more towels if you go to the front desk with the dirty towel and change to a new one. First time seeing things like that. But this is not the worker's fault, the staff was great.

In Fresno for 1 night. Cheap price, online pics look good, an actual studio home with a refridge, stove, sink and microwave. The place was sketchy, weird people walking around, some people had their windows opened, half naked, changing their own sheets, like they've been living there for days. The check-in office was locked, there's a sign on the door to dial 0 on the phone behind for assistance. Weird, but immediately notice because of the area and people. I got in, the office was humid and I can see to the break room, trashy with water bottles and chip bags laying around. Elevator was next to the office, stairwells on both sides of the building, with no handles, you can exit but can't enter. They had one of the doors prompt opened with a stick, we thought it would be faster so we took it. It stank of piss, smoke and humid. It was a non smoking room, but you can smell the linger ashes and smoke they have been there for a long time. No soap and shampoo provided. The bathroom was moldy on top, walls and corner were rotting and stink like waste water. Sheets looked clean, 1 cleaned pillow put of 3, sturdy bed. The cooler fan was loud, you can hear it cranking on, very used and abused. The loud noise from the fridge didn't help. Someone was having a phone conversation right outside our window, so loud. Can't get any sleep. You'll have to be heavily drugged to stay there. No privacy, loud, sketchy, stinky, and disgusting. Highly NOT recommended. We'll never stay there again.

It just needs to be cleaned up a little better. All the out side floors need pressure washing. All the halls and the elevator needs a deep cleaning.

To say this place is dirty would be an understatement. It smelled and looked like the inside of my trash bin after I sprayed it down with water. There were strange yellow crusts on the bathroom wall. The baseboards were filthy. The shower stall was black. The curtains looked like they took it from junk pile. The glass is coming away from the frame of window. They claim they have a kitchenette but burner doesn’t turn on. The refrigerator hums loud! Also people next door were fighting and yelling shamelessly after 12am. They also owe us money for one night because the key card failed and no one was to be found midnight when my husband finally arrived to go to bed. Dirty diapers and trash were strewn down the stairs. We stayed because I couldn’t get any help with customer service and I don’t know if I will get a refund. It was a “pick your poison” kind of situation. Don’t let those pictures mislead you. They’re highly edited.

Good place to stay a little dirty spots on wall but my room didnt have a remote for my t.v also no shampoo or conditioner i know i could have down to lobby but im only staying one nighy just passing through. Staff person was very friendly and quick when checking me in
