"Our reviews would have been excellent except for some minor items. No safety shower mats, a rusted dish rack that should have been replaced, no beach chairs as advertised, no dinner knives, and no spatula. We purchased 2 beach chairs, knives, shower mats and a spatula that we left there. "

"Brewer’s Bay Beach Home is an amazing place to stay for relaxing in Paradise! Where else can you stay with an awesome beach just steps from your home? The colors of the aqua Caribbean waters are amazing. Snorkeling right where you are. We saw quite a variety of fish. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing get away this is the place. Definitely follow the recommendations to rent a 4-wheel drive. The roads are definitely an adventure. on"

"The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time."

"We had a great stay at this property. It’s brand new and very tastefully designed. The pictures do not do it justice at all. And the beds are so comfortable. Book without hesitation and enjoy!!!"

"Our favorite place to get away! This was our second time staying at the same property and it was just as beautiful as we remembered. Very clean. Can’t get any better than the view from here. We love the beaches nearby as well! The host was great to coordinate with and made it very easy."

"Karen and Nigel are super nice people, the unit is beautiful and the views are totally amazing. Every day I woke up and went out on the patio and I could never get enough of the scenery. II did not rent a car and I enjoyed walking. Everything is a 15 minute walk if you’re in decent shape. I highly recommend."

"Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming."

"Very nice hotel we were recommended by a friend. Nice bar and restaurant and pool with harbor view! Rooms very nice but gad to use ac to keep tile floor dry but i was able to get up to 75 degrees. "
