Where to stay in Freshford

Near Limpley Stoke Conkwell Wood is on the hill in the distance, on the other side of the River Avon. This is the best of three pictures I was able to take here, the horse had a black companion who insisted on standing in front of the camera as near as he could get.

A must staff,when in Bath
"We love staying at the Doubletree, a bit expensive but phew we have Tesco vouchers. Rooms are comfy, staff are friendly. Food is reasonable prices, alcohol not so, but it is Bath. They did struggle with the breakfast, a bit short of staff. There were no tomato's, no Alpen or the nuts. The bacon was ..."

"Stayed for 3 nights. Very walkable to many of the tourist areas in Bristol. Other areas such as Clifton bridge were a short Uber ride away. We were able to walk back from there as it was all downhill. Large apartment which made it much more comfortable than a regular hotel."
