"Very nice place, check-in was super easy and had what we needed. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to navigate through most of the house if you are a skilled driver. Need assistance with certain things but my husband was with me and we were able to adapt. This is the first home rental I have dsyayed at since being in a wheelchair. We normally stay in hotels which can limit our travel. They do not advertise wheelchair accessible but it worked for us. Great host and communicated with us quickly when we had questions. After booking found out that three other extended family members had stayed at this property and were very pleased!! We will book again!!"

"It was a great 3 weeks stay for my hubbie, myself and our 2 dogs.Mr. Willy was a very attentive host or property manager.It was so fun to sit and watch all the different kinds of water fowl swimming flying eating .Sinclair is a really peaceful and a quiet and cute little town. Everyone in Maine is so nice and welcoming."

"This simple cabin is a great place to stay! Check in was easy. The kitchen and baths were clean. We only had 6 people but the cabin has three levels and would probably fit 17 people to sleep. The covered porch was perfect for relaxing. We met the owner and he was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The stay was very laid back. The property is close to town and amenities. We would love to go back and stay longer!"
