"I loved that there were trees all around the property. The front desk people were helpful and had a friendly demeanor (except for one who was a little brusque). My room had a new appearance. Free HBO Max (no sign-in required) was a nice bonus. Overall, this was a nice place to stay, but I experienced some problems. ** The bathroom sink was almost completely clogged. Fortunately, I was able to remove the blockage (tissue and hair). ** On two occasions, one of my two key cards would not open my room door, although it worked fine on the external doors. Fortunately I had the other card with me. ** I used the fitness room every day. A couple of times, my key card would not open the fitness room door, and I had to go to the front desk for help. ** There wasn't much room in the little closet for stuff, and I didn't like the Elfa. ** The TV channels for the local stations (ABC, CBS, ...) did not come in. One of the cable channels I tried to watch (ESPN?) was constantly breaking up. ** I intended to use the dishwasher only as a drying rack for my hand-washed dishes. Housekeeping saw the dishes in there and turned it on. But it seems there was a drainage problem and my clean dishes ended up "rinsed" with soapy water. ** There was debris (crumbs?) on the floor on the side of the refrigerator. Did housekeeping not have a broom that would fit in that space? ** I had to point the shower head away from the shower door. Otherwise, water went under the door and onto the floor."
