"The whole experience at Lake Annecy is magical and a must see because pictures just don’t do it justice. The hotel is perfectly situated across from the lake and only a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. The roof top bar is great for afternoon cocktails and appetizers. It’s a can’t miss experience and I highly recommend it"

"I was very pleased with my room here. It was quite comfortable and very clean. The balcony was also nice. My only complaint is that the Wifi was not good. So if you need that to work, you may want to choose somewhere else unfortunately."

"Location, location, location. A room with a view here is spectacular. However, lake access is not as easy as you'd think and there is no exclusivity. There is no place with chaise lounges for sitting outside and enjoying the sun and lake. You have to pay extra for the "club" next door made out of what seems to have once been the hotel's lake deck. Hotel is not right in town but it is a short walk and there are other restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel is substantial and expensive. If you are not a big breakfast eater, it's kind of a waste. The staff was all polite but no one wanted to lift a finger to provide any extra help. We were there peak season and maybe they were tired but asking for a taxi was like asking for a personal favor. The front desk people are experts in ignoring your presence. We did not use the spa. We paid for a room with a fantastic view and no regrets but while I will return to Annecy, I don't think I'd stay here again."
