"Very clean, helpful friendly staff"

"The hotel was in an ideal location for us and the room was nicely done out in an industrial style and was very clean and comfortable. It was a great shame about the chaos at breakfast and the lack of staff generally which became quite frustrating at times. Items of food ran out, as did plates, cups and glasses and it took ages for them to be replenished. The hot drinks machine was unbearably slow and resulted in a constant queue of customers - really annoying as often the first thing you want in the morning is a hot drink. It’s not really good enough when you’re paying €19 each for breakfast. It’s also one thing to say you have a 24/7 bar but another to provide it. A couple of times we wanted a drink but had to give up because the one member of staff available was constantly checking in customers. Overall, okay but could do better. "

"I had a mixed experience during my stay. Upon arrival around 12:00 PM, I was informed at reception that my room was not ready and was asked to return at 3:00 PM. When I came back at approximately 3:00 PM, I was again told that the room was still not ready. The staff member who had assisted me earlier left without providing any update or solution. Only later did another staff member assist me, mentioning that he did not understand why I had not already received a key. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was not working, which affected the comfort of the stay. The room itself appears to be recently renovated, and the size is quite good and comfortable. However, there were renovation works taking place during the day, which caused noticeable noise. This was not communicated in advance. On the positive side, the hotel offers a good breakfast, the room and facilities were clean, and the surrounding area is pleasant and quiet. Overall: Good facilities, spacious rooms, and nice location, but the check-in experience, lack of communication, and maintenance issues need improvement."

"It was a great surprise. I needed a place for one night and I found a diamond in the roof. The receptionist was amazing, super helpful and very, very nice. She answered questions. She told me about places that I needed to find in the town. The room was actually five stars as far as I’m concerned. Very clean a living area with a bedroom. It was perfect A+ on this hotel in Unterhaching. "
