"Our stay at this hotel was marred by a very unfriendly employee as well as some misconceptions. The breakfast is twenty Euros per person. While it was adequate, it was worth about 10. For 20, I would expect more as well as the possibility of freshly made eggs. On Monday, the croissant felt like day old bread or purchased from the supermarket pre-made. "We booked plus rooms and got spacious, quiet, clean rooms facing the courtyard. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had an excellent cocktail from the bar. On behalf of the many comments on the breakfast in other reviews, we skipped it. Coffee in the room was good."

"Perfect location right by the train station and close to a tram station with trams going to all the major attractions in Mannheim. Large, modern rooms with comfortable beds, delicious breakfast buffet, and friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Mannheim!"
