The Space:

Escape to the coast at this beautiful beach home in Surfside Beach — the perfect getaway for families, fishing trips, and relaxing beach weekends. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is just a short 3–5-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to spend your days in the sand and surf.



Located near the Jetty's, this home is in a prime spot for some of the best fishing around, whether you’re casting from shore or heading out on the water. Families will also love being close to the local park and splash pad, giving kids plenty of fun beyond the beach.



Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to gather, unwind, and make memories after a day in the sun. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, fishing getaway, or beach retreat with friends, this Surfside home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.



The home is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. There is a coffee maker (coffee provided), beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill (pack charcoal), full sized kitchen appliances and more. PLEASE NOTE- we highly recommend bringing your own drinking water and ice.



The property is a short walk to the Jetty's where you can fish all day - there is also a park by the Jetty's that is great for families with kiddos. Near the park is a small splashpad to enjoy, make sure to get one of the best Burgers around from Jetty Shack (you won't regret it).



Guest Access:

Guests will have the whole house to themselves.



Getting Around:

Easy Beach access- Jettyview Rd will direct you straight to the beach. (3-5 minute walk)



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.



- This property is on the City of Surfside's water. There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell. We have never had issues with our water quality; however, we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. (EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT NOT AVAILABLE DURING PEAK SEASON MAY-SEPTEMBER)



-Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs

Additional Dogs: $75 per dog

Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival

Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.
