The 2 bedroom, 2 full washroom guest suit which is rented by owner is completely renovated and newly furnished to high standards. It is designed to make you feel at home. The balcony and one of the bedrooms face the garden and have ocean views – a great place to have your morning coffee! The suit is air conditioned, has cable TV and high speed internet. Modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar allows you to cook homemade meals. Two bedrooms have queen beds with comfortable mattresses which will make you sleep like a baby. There is a pull out sleeping sofa in the living room. The laundry facilities are located next door to the suit.
Come by sea or air, take a 15 minutes ride in a taxi (or rent a car) – and it is all it takes for you to experience your best vacation on this beautiful island ! You are always welcome!

We own a property close by but had the entire family visiting. Need the extra bedrooms. For that purpose it was fine. We really only slept and had coffee in the morning other than that we were at our own property. Fridge is a bit rusted but was clean. Communication was good so complaints.

Just like the last time, our stay has been amazing. The owner, never fail to get back on us quick if we have any concerns or favor to ask. The place is clean and very peaceful. You can hear the oceanwaves and of course, the sunrise is perfect from my bedroom. My family and I will surely book this place for my birthday celebration. They exceeded my expectations compared before. Keep up the good work.

Very nice condo, and we really enjoyed our stay. This was our second visit to Coral Beach but our first visit to this condo, we would definitely stay there again. Location is great and beach is all you could ask for. Having the restaurant/bar onsite is great.

Great place. If your looking for a relaxing laid back experience, this is it. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We were two couples and the accommodations were very comfortable . The pool bar/ restaurant is top notch. The beach and views are incredible. We will absolutely do this again.

When we visit Freeport, we stay on Coral Beach, which is a lovely, secluded area, about a mile from the Lucaya Marketplace and marina. The condo is a 2BR/2 bath and is in great condition. It suits our needs well. Everything you need is a walk or a short cab ride away. Good place to stay; we'll be back.

This property is under renovations due to the hurricane that hit the island. The repairs being made did not cause any major issues during our visit. The staff are wonderful and the restaurant and bar pool/beachside is quite enjoyable. The beach is just so relaxing and beautiful. Jon & Becky

Absolutely great stay! Perfect location by the beach and pool. This property is the only one close by with a bar and small restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was spacious with room for 6 people. lots of towels, beach chairs. Nice view from the room and patio. You can cook your own meal or get a taxi and go out. Perfect for families. Very nice and helpful host. For us it was just a paradise location.

Our expectations for the unit we selected were not what we had had in the past. The owner did address some of the things but not all were resolved. This unit is not set up for a long stay as many of the others are. The location is great and the beach beautiful. Lots interaction among guests and owners.

The owner was amazing, very responsive and helpful. When the a/c wasn’t working she got maintenance in the next day to take care of it. It was very clean and well taken care of. The unit itself is pretty small, and one bedroom has a great view, the other has no window, but a private bathroom. It was safe and comfortable, the complex has a beautiful pool and nice restaurant. It was a great stay!

The owner was amazing, accommodating and very helpful. The unit is good for 4-5pax really, clean,tidy and the beds are very comfortable to sleep with. There’s a pool and beach area that you can access easily. Very great view for balcony to watch sunset, garden view and if you want to have breakfast outside. It would be very nice as well if they can add some light in the dining area during night time and to make sure to fix the stove. Overall, we love the condo and my parents are so happy that we’re able to celebrate my day together in the unit.

The kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been. I brought my own sharp knives and was glad I did. There is no broiler pan, no sheet pan and the 2 left hand burners on the stove don't work. The beach was lovely. The location is good and the unit was nice. Plenty of towels. The laundry tokens cost $2 each, not $1.60 as told.

Overlooking the tranquil beach and pool, this condo is the perfect place to get away from it all. We purposely chose the off season to spend 10 glorious days and were rewarded with that. This location on Coral Beach has everything that we were in need of -- friendly people, great food and drinks, warm waters in the ocean and the pool, a bright and airy apartment with all the right touches. Nearby was the Lucaya Marketplace with shopping and eating galore. We rented a car from Brad's Auto Rentals just so we could explore the rest of the beaches on Grand Bahama Island. We made it to Taiono Beach for the Power Boat Display and had a blast. Also we visited Fortune Bay Beach and fell in love with the sand bars and clear waters and not to forget the restaurant overlooking the bay and beach. A visit to this unit in Coral Beach will leave us with memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend Svetlana's Little Hideaway on the $th Floor.

Quick walk to a beautiful beach w/restaurant on the beach. The hotel staff, including security, were incredibly kind and helpful. The unit itself is quite basic with almost no amenities, not even a hair dryer, just enough toilet paper to last the evening, no coffee filters, no shampoo. So if you are aware that you need to provide everything for yourselves, it's a convenient location. When we arrived, however, we found that we had been given an incorrect code for the lock box so had to get the property manager to help us. Also, the t.v. wouldn't turn on. Seems likely the batteries in the remote were dead. The host, Svetlana, was very nice and very responsive. However, given the trouble getting in and the fact we couldn't use the t.v., it would have been good business practice to offer us some compensation.

Main door entrance clearly water damaged & coming loose from hinges. Living & bedroom furniture shabby-uncomfortable. The unit is dated in need of maintenance. In general totally uninviting. Ceiling fans filthy with dust & one hanging by a thread unusable. VRBO obviously doesn't vet owners for quality rentals - leaves it for reviews So... Kitchen under equipped with aged chipped dishes, rusty pots,filthy oven, no oven mitts, no dishcloths or adequate towels of any kind. Fridge door full of rust. Thankfully we had access to other family member rental to borrow their kettle. You guessed it Coffee maker/kettle YUK!

First of all... The beach was stunning. And the luxury of being able to walk from our unit to the beach in bare feet was incredible. The pool was beautiful but a bit colder than the ocean... But who cares because we had the ocean? The new bar at Coral Beach had great stuff and great food and we had a chance to meet many of the different unit owners who were all very welcoming. The unit itself was a bit dated but extremely clean and had every single thing we could want. The price was reasonable. The owner, Svetlana was incredibly quick at responding to any questions that I had both before the trip and while we were there. I traveled with a friend but would feel completely safe traveling back to Freeport and especially Coral Beach as a single female traveler... Not one concern about safety.... What a wonderful place to visit and what wonderful people who live and work there. Also.... Make sure when you visit that you take the time to visit both the GaatroBar restaurant $$$ at the marketplace and Bernie's $ on Taino Beach. Delicious grilled lobster with sides for $25 and $5 Bahama Mama's At the owner's recommendation we rented our car from Brad's Car Rental. They were super professional and took wonderful care of us. I had zero expectations for this trip and was blown away. Thank you for a great vacation.

We had a 10 night stay at this condo from 3/16 thru 3/26. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Helen who takes care of this condo. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen (Not Food), plenty of bath & beach towels, beach chairs etc. We had the most awesome view of the sunrise over the ocean, every morning from one bedroom and the balcony. The laundry was right next door on our floor. Helen was available the whole time, if we needed something. We felt very safe in the building as you have to have the key to enter and there is always security folks making sure all is good. The pool and the beach are private property and are beautiful and clean. The pool bar/restaurant has tasty food & drinks. We could take a 10-12 minute walk by beach or street into town to some excellent bars, restaurants, shops, activities & marina. The bus van is only $1.25 to or from the condo if you didn't want to walk. We also had a private cab driver for the 10 days that was awesome. We went to Solomon's grocery store the 1st day and bought what food we wanted. They have a great selection and we found everything we needed. Plan to bring/purchase paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels etc. All & all, I would definitely return to this condo next year. It is an older building but they have done a nice job of repairing after the hurricane of 2016, and you can't beat the price for what Svetlana charges for her condo....very reasonable. Thanks for a great vacation!

Past VRBO reviews misleading!! Entire unit was filthy from the floors to mirrors. Did not have: dish cloths, pot holders, face cloths, mixing bowls, cleaners. Place resembled frat house with limited mismatched kitchenware. Main stove burner didn’t work. Photos are old, place not maintained. Furniture old and wore out - not comfortable. No lamps in bdrms. Beds not made properly, had to make them. Most dangerous thing was 2nd bath threshold (9”x 7”)that needs to be stepped over. I fell in the dark (no lamps), someone could get seriously injured! Shocking - contacted owner of condition of unit, broom no handle, missing deck chair, no dish clothes, face cloths, no cleaning supplies, dishes/utensils dirty, etc. Owner responds cleaner bring us some as a courtesy!! Since when do you bring dish rags, pot holders, face cloths, cleaning supplies to VRBO? Isn’t that why we pay cleaning fee? She didn’t even offer to reimburse us for the cleaning fee! I would not recommend this place. Complex is located on one of the most beautiful beaches, do yourself a favor and find a nicer unit, you will thank me.
