Or, you may enjoy crabbing at the neighborhood pier. Since the house is on the county beach, you can enjoy watching everything going on at the beach when you aren't there. Easy access to the beach! Enjoy water views and hear the ocean and waves while relaxing in the screened in room or on the deck! Wave n' Sea is ready for you, your family and friends!

The house has two private bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. The 2 Loft Areas provide extra sleeping and have 1 with a Queen and 1 with a Full and if needed there is 1 Queen Air
mattress. There is plenty of space for you and your guests.

This beach house has many Peek-A-Boo views of both the Ocean and the Bay. So, although you may not be right on the water, you can still see the Ocean, hear the waves and feel the breeze. The beach in front of Wave n' Sea is located in the County Beach Area of Surfside so, you will not need a permit to drive on the beach. All you have to do is pack the car, and within a minute you will be on the sand.
