There is a house next door very close to the cabin the neighbors were very nice but when sitting on the back porch / back yard they were very close so if your looking to be totally secluded its not but again neighbors were great and rive was beautiful. The beach is about 5 minutes down the road and the swimming areas are hilariously small.
