"The boxspring was noticeably dirty and the mattress was uncomfortable. The walls and windows were thin, it was noisy with noticeable noise coming from inside and outside the building. Overall the images were accurate of the room and it was organized in a clean way which made it bearable. The code would not work for the front door but the staff were reachable by phone and fairly quick to open it but it took more than a day for them to provide a working code. "

"The facility was immaculate. The one bedroom apartment was lovely and well appointed. The decor was boring and sad and the ugly LED bulbs didn’t help. The check-in process was miserable. The doors to the front desk were locked. And no one was inside. I wandered around, trying to find another way in, and finally got in. I stood at the counter for a bit until a staff person came in. They did not greet me, look at me or do anything but check something on the desk. On their way out, I asked them about checking in. They said the check-in person was helping someone else outside. A minute later, the check-in person came in, did not greet me, started working on the computer. I said that I wanted to check in and that the doors were locked and it took me a while to get in. They said nothing, and asked me for my name so I could check in. They handed me a card with the codes to get in the room. There’s a space on the card to put a number where one can get help if needed. It was blank. These were the only interactions I had with staff people, and they were the worst and most dismissive I’ve ever encountered while checking in at any other facility. Additionally, I have chronic illnesses that make me fatigued. Not being able to get into the facility and having to walk around to find a way in while carrying two bags exhausted me and made me dizzy. I did not ask for accommodations because under normal circumstances I don’t need them for this amount of activity. "

"The fridge in my room froze my yogurt and water. I have tried to change the settings but it didn't help. Also the fridge initially stood on a metal rack, which vibrated so loudly, I had to put it on the floor"
