"The property was well maintained and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I would stay there again. A couple of nuisances, the bathroom fan made an excessive screech (room 117) when turned on and the heating / air conditioning unit sounded like rocks being thrown at it when it came on. It continued to wake my wife and I up whenever it started. I did find the area around the hotel a little too dirty with

"The room was comfortable and large. There are some places to eat within a 15 minute walk. Parking is included. The University of New Brunswick is about an 8 minute drive from the hotel. We booked this hotel as a result of the positive reviews. The hotel is nice but I don't think that it is worth the price that we paid. In future I will choose a hotel that is closer to the downtown area. "
