The Space:

This spacious three-bedroom tiny home is built for groups, with warm wood-paneled ceilings and comfortable living spaces throughout. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with a dining area that flows into the living room.



Two bedrooms 1 offers 2 queen beds for restful nights, and another room with 1 twin bed making this home comfortable for up to 8.



The real highlight is the covered outdoor lounge, complete with a fire pit, string lights, and comfortable seating, perfect for Hill Country sunsets and evenings under the stars. Fire up the BBQ grill for a home-cooked meal outdoors. As part of Firefly Resort, guests also enjoy access to a sparkling community pool, a shaded pergola and lawn games area, a playground, and beautifully landscaped grounds, just a short drive from Fredericksburg's wineries, shops, and restaurants.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.

Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
