Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! San Antonians

The cons about this place were: the door to main room did not close properly due to major wall crack on the ceiling; the window blinds didn’t work properly; not safe to walk dogs too many stickers; did not feel like a resort, overpriced for place. The pros about this place: proximity to restaurants was great, the bed was comfortable, tv available, area was quiet and relaxing.
