"Staff was great. Trouble with keys. After we checked in the keys worked, but we left for a family event and when we returned, the keys didn’t work. We had to go down from the fourth floor two times until we finally got one that let us get back into our room. Another lodger told me he had to the same problem and it took him two trips down too to get keys that worked. May have been a glitch in their system."

They had a lot of things most hotels don't, like pots and pans, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. In general, it was probably a better place for us to be than a more expensive hotel would have been just for all these extras.
