Whether settling in for the evening, or gathering at the outdoor fire pit complete with Adirondack chairs and Mexican blankets, every gathering feels unforgettable. Wellness is at the heart of Outbound Ranch. Rejuvenate in the outdoor sauna with its picture window framing the landscape, refresh in the outdoor cold shower, and soak beneath the night sky in the private hot tub. Thoughtfully designed spaces inside and out make it easy to relax, reconnect, and restore. From sunrise views on the porch to evenings under dark-sky stars, Outbound Ranch offers a private, modern Hill Country escape where luxury meets wellness.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

Other Things to Note:

- This property is suitable for children/infants.



- This property is not pet-friendly.



- NO smoking allowed.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.



- Outdoor Shower: The outdoor shower is not available for use during the winter/colder months to prevent pipe damage from freezing temperatures typical in the Hill Country. It is only accessible during warmer months, from March to mid-October. Thank you!
