This beautiful, cozy, private home was perfect for our weekend getaway to Fredericksburg. There were four of us celebrating a birthday and this home had everything we needed. Close enough to Main Street but still private and quiet. I highly recommend!

This home is a one stop shop. They had everything you could think of and needed. It’s was clean, and staged beautifully. Extra blankets were provided, which we loved and needed. It’s located just a few minutes of walking distance from the Main Street. We will be back!

I have stayed only once before in Fredericksburg and this cottage will probably be my go-to for staying in the future. This beautiful home is in a great position only two blocks away from main street (and 1 min walk from Otto's restaurant). The decor is lovely, and the home re-modeling is really well done. It is on the higher price for two people to stay with other options available, but if you have two couples, this place is perfect. We really enjoyed our time staying here and I would highly recommend this cottage, and we would love to visit again in the future.

This was a wonderful experience- the house was very clean, with lots of room, and well furnished. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes walk from the downtown area. The hostess made sure all the amenities for a comfortable stay were provided. I would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Fredericksburg.

My husband and I escaped for a quick Valentine's Day getaway and this house could not have been more perfect. From the convenient location to the comfy beds, it helped make the weekend exactly what we needed! The owner left us a sweet welcome gift and personal note wishing us a good weekend! We really enjoyed ourselves. It was too windy for us to enjoy coffee on the patio but for those warmer days, it would have been perfect. The backyard was set up with a firepit, but again, too windy for us to enjoy but on calmer days, the set-up is private and provided amazing views of the star filled sky! We will be returning!

This home was very nice, and one could tell the owners took care of this lovely property. My spouse and I have stayed in a lot of home rentals, and this was by far the best. No issues at all with entering /existing and no problems with anything at. Was the easiest rental we've had. The home was stocked with anything you would need. The kitchen was well equipped with very nice equipment, etc. Walk to downtown was a breeze. There are nice restaurants and wine bars within just a few properties away. Very quiet neighborhood.....slept very well in a nice king bed. We look forward to a return visit soon.

This beautiful little house was PERFECT! There have obviously been some very recent upgrades, including a new and fully-appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies in the cupboard, plenty of towels, comfy mattress, The house is a short two block walk to Main Street. This is close enough for convenience to the action, but far enough away to be really quiet. If I was forced to find something to critique.... the drip coffee maker was really slow and needs a thorough vinegar cleaning, but beyond that, we had a really great two night stay. Because we come frequently to do our wine club pick-ups, we will DEFINITLEY be back soon! -JD
