PRIVATE YARD & ENTRANCE
Coming through the gate in the fence on the left side of the property, guests have their own private, fenced yard space with Adirondack chairs. Access to the suite from here is via the blue door with key-pad.

THE MAIN ROOM
has a queen-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, dining table w/ 2 chairs, television, and workstation with a multi-device charger and surge protector. High-speed internet (approx. 200Mbps) is provided. Games, books, and an assortment of children's toys can be found in the cubbies beneath the television. The television is on a 4-foot extendable wall-mount which allows it to be viewed well from either the bed or sofa. The space comfortably sleeps 4 adults but a fifth guest can sleep on the fold-out chair in the next room:

THE KITCHENETTE
has a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (a variety of coffees and teas are provided). Utensils, cups, plates, mugs and leaning supplies are stored in the hutch. This space also has a reading nook with a fold-out chair and side-table.

THE PRIVATE BATH
has a shower, vanity and toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion are provided. A hair dryer and first-aid kit are stored in the vanity.

KID-FRIENDLY
Children are always welcome!

For guests with children age 3 and under, we offer additional items that can be provided with advance notice:

This guest suite is part of the host's personal residence. There are no shared spaces besides the driveway. The host has children who can be heard during the day. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am for the sake of everyone in the house. This is also a strictly non-smoking location.

For the safety of the host and the home:
A photo ID image of each adult is required at the time of booking. A background check will be run for each adult. Any criminal history or evictions will result in the booking being cancelled.

This little suite was a nice place to stay while in town for work. It was reasonably priced and in proximity to lots of places. The host was accommodating and it had a nice little outdoor space that could be enjoyed.

We flew into town to attend a quick wedding ceremony and decided to try Vrbo. We found this listing, which turned out to be exactly as promised. Check-in was easy and communication with the homeowners was always courteous and professional. This apartment is private and very convenient to the historic district.

We were visiting family in the area and needed a place to sleep and wind down in the evenings. Azalea place was a perfect fit for our needs. Although we didn’t spend a whole lot of time here, it was so nice to come here at the end of the day to clean bedding, warm shower and a quiet retreat. Everything we needed and then some was provided. The space felt very private and safe. Thank you for allowing us to stay Megan! We would definitely come back again

We had such a good time here and the host Megan was great!! We had one little issue on our end and she was able to help and we figured out the solution. I would and will totally stay here again!! We had 5 of us and there was plenty of room and very nice and CLEAN!!! Megan and her family are great and are very on point with it all which is very nice!! Very very easy check in process!! This property was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed. We were in town from out of state for a family wedding. Azalea Place was a perfect fit for what we needed. A quaint little space in a seemingly safe neighborhood, very close to everything you could ever need in or near historic Fredericksburg. We would have loved to have more time to explore but even for a quick weekend trip it was great! About an hour to DC/Reagan Airport if you time the traffic right. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. Parking is a little snug so if you have a larger vehicle you may want to park on the street(seemed to be a very quiet street with very little thru traffic). Everything was nice and clean upon arrival and there was also a great local travel guide for guests who may unfamiliar with the area. Thanks again!

This is the second time we visited Azalea Place. The first time I gave a great review. This stay was even better! Megan made some additional changes to the suite. She thinks of everything from a great coffee bar, charging cords, plenty of outlets and charging ports. Didn’t even have to unpack my shampoo and blow dryer. Thank you for a very clean and comfortable space with everything to make it feel like home!!I

Azalea Place was just as pictured, and had everything we needed. It is in a quiet area, but close to anything you need. The bed was comfortable and Megan was a very good host. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and has created a clean and comfortable atmosphere. We will stay here again.
