Interior rock walls, new and fresh furnishings, lovely spacious walk-in shower and cozy outdoor front patio. Come open the front door and step back in time!!

- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:

A quaint little cottage with plenty of room for two. The location is incredible and Absolute Charm was very responsive to emails and calls as we prepared for our honeymoon! Will definitely stay here or in another cottage on our next trip!

Cool and unique little cottage right off Main Street was a perfect spot to walk to shops and restaurants and just a few minutes away from the local wineries. Perfect for a short weekend trip.

Clean and conveniently located. Loved the old charm. We were awakened early each morning with road construction. This would have been a perfect stay if the loud construction hadn’t been going on. We will definitely need to come back once road is finished.

My husband and I were very comfortable in the Sunday House. We loved how close it was to the main street and restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. There was parking in the back, so we didn’t have to park in the street. Super clean. Lots of bedding and most importantly extra pillows. We have already talked about coming back to stay.

What a wonderful stay in this cute, private, cozy cottage! We came to Fredericksburg for a long weekend getaway to celebrate my 50th birthday and the location did not disappoint! Able to easily walk around town to explore, shop, wine tasting, and fabulous food choices. We will definitely be back!

Great list cation, cozy cottage, the only thing that needs to be changed is the bed, it is was uncomfortable and very noisy. We could hardly sleep. Change the bed and I would have given 5 stars.
