"This place is good for short stays, nothing fancy but still the room was very clean and relatively safe. The area didn't look seedy, no loud neighbors, or questionable behavior or people hanging around the area, and it is close to the freeway with some nearby dining options (ihop, McDonalds, Panera). Front desk staff were nice and assured our room was reserved eventhough we will be checking in late. The main reason I booked here was because of the price when bundled with airfare and it was close enough to the Quantico national cemetery but for next time I will book closer to Dale city, Dumfries or Woodbridge up north because that area is much nicer, and it is much closer to the cemetery and airport up north. The traffic was pretty bad when we were there (June2024) with construction and other traffic delays which made 20 mins travel time into 45mins. Also, the hotel is like a motel 6 where you can park in front of your room which I didn't know until I got there but that was my fault for not checking, I was thinking it was going to be like La Quinta or other hotels where nobody else can access your room unless they enter the main building especially since our door had a loose ball and chain lock. Overall, good hotel for the price you pay."

"The rooms are big, comfortable and include microwave and big refrigerator. The beds are comfy, and in the lobby you get the most delicious Otis Spunk Meyer Cookies!! Delicious, and complimentary hot chocolate and tea in lobby all day long. Staff is verry accommodating and enhance the stay here. Water pressure and temperature was just right. The hallways are carpeted and well lit. This is a great hotel for the value. !!"

"The Orbitz listing incorrectly states no parking at hotel. I almost skipped it for that sole reason, but price was too good, pet fee too reasonable, and area not listed unsafe, so had to investigate further. So many other reasonably priced options had terrible reviews and/or specific comments about bad atea and seedy characters all hours. Glad I called to ask if there were paid parking lots nearby and why they had no parking because the manager was so amazing to talk to and accommodating. He set the record straight that Orbitz listing was wrong and they had huge parking lot with most spaces of all hotels in area, and he wasn’t lying! Excellent parking onsite for free! We also explained our late arrival and traveling with pet, and asked if there was a weight limit or other restrictions. He was so nice to tell us they love pets there and no weight limits or specific restrictions. Graciously waived pet fee when we explained we were coming there to adopt another rescue dog and meeting the transporter late in the afternoon, so we would likely need to book a second night that we would be able to keep the room late into the afternoon without affecting their ability to clean and resell that day, but would need to check out early evening to go home because my husband had work the next morning. He gave us his name, told night shift and our pet fee was comped. Clean room. Safe area. Daytime walked with dog to shop/restaurants area. Long walk but we are energetic. Sidewalks made it easy"
