"The rooms are great, the food is amazing, the staff is really nice and the amenities are clean and very well equipped (if you are interested in gyms, this hotel has a very well equipped one). The pool is amazing! Everything was great. An amazing experience that I will repeat again hopefully soon!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights with daughter. Wanted something cheap, clean and near the centre but not right on top of it. This fitted the bill. Very small room , which we knew before we went. Kind of like a ships cabin. Was very clean, modern, basic, beds comfortable, could open the long glass door onto the balcony for some fresh air. Had to ask for a hairdryer in the Commadore room if needed one. The gentleman we saw on check in (very early hours in the 23rd Sept) was so welcoming and friendly, I didn't get his name but I would like to make a special mention to him. Staff not so friendly when checking out, barely acknowledged us. I still think it's quite expensive for what you get, but it is one of the cheaper options in Copenhagen, unless you want to stay in a hostel. If you are not fussed about luxury, big rooms and just need a base then I would stay here again."

"We had a great experience at the Phoenix Copenhagen. Hotel was lovely overall, very clean and the room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was great - we were offered the choice of bath or walk in shower on check in. Air con was good. Staff were charming throughout the stay, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was perfectly located to explore the city, 3 mins from two Metro stations and with cafes, restaurants and Nyhavn on the doorstep. Would recommend and I would definitely come back,"

"This was unplanned 1 night due to flight cancellation. 12 sqm room is very well organized and doesn't feel that small. Right before I spent 5 nights in the same size hotel room in Amsterdam and this one is mush better."
